The department uses advanced sintering processessuch as GPS and HIP to batch-produce Si3N4 balls for bearings and valves. The diameters of the balls scope form 0.8mm to 50.8mm and the precision levels are G3, G5, G10, G16, G20 etc. The output of the ceramic balls is over 10 million annually, including finished balls and blank balls.

With the excellent performances such as Low density, high strength, high hardness, high toughness, corrosion-resistant, abrasion-resistant, anti-oxidation, thermal vibration, low-expansibility, self-lubricating, Si3N4 balls are ideal products for bearing industry and chemical industry.
